Greta and her family relocated to Watersound Beach from Atlanta in 2020. Greta first visited 30A in 2004 and fell in love with the beaches and unique personalities and culture of the different beach towns. She set her goals on investing in a property and when she met her husband, they both shared a love for 30A and began their investment journey. They were engaged and married on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Rosemary Beach. Their initial investment property in Rosemary led to them investing in additional properties including a few renovation flips. She also owner-managed their short-term rental properties. Prior to diving into the luxury real estate market, Greta navigated a successful career over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry. During her career, she relocated to 10 cities including a stint in Europe. Through these relocations, she gained experience in purchasing/selling over 23 homes so when she decided to leave the corporate world, real estate was a natural transition. Greta enjoys spending time with her family doing all things along 30A and creating memories at the Watersound Beach Club.
Jennifer is a Louisiana native and long-time New Orleans resident. After a successful career in nursing and medical device sales, Jennifer transitioned into a full-time career in Real Estate in 2012. Her love of architecture and design and her superior people skills have allowed her to become one of New Orleans' top agents - but she saw something missing in the local real estate market.
In 2014 Jennifer founded New Orleans Luxury Staging, a professional real estate staging company. With her real estate and staging businesses, Jennifer can assist her clients not only with marketing and sales but with staging and design advice.
With a love for the Emerald Coast, Jennifer moved with her family to 30-A and expanded her business to the Florida Panhandle.
Jennifer focuses on providing exemplary customer service and superior real estate advice in New Orleans, Coastal Mississippi, and NW Florida. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their four children.
