About Gordon Tarver

Gordon Tarver is the main broker and owner of Inlet Beach Real Estate. Gordon began selling along 30A and the surrounding areas in 2006. His experience includes a variety of transactions ranging from residential purchases for primary, secondary or investment homes, raw land for building purposes to commercial purchases for development. He’s had the opportunity to work with business owners, investors, new home buyers, etc. He also works with several home builders, developers, and banks. With over 130 transactions under his belt, no one is more experienced along the Emerald Coast than Gordon at helping you determine what the best investment is for the goals you’d like to accomplish. He prides himself on being easy to approach and is always happy to share from his experiences. Gordon, his wife Brittany Tarver, and their two kids Harper and Carson live in Inlet Beach. “I worked in Seaside during the summers in College. After working a corporate job for a year, I decided to come back to 30A and start my real estate career. It’s the best decision I have ever made. I love what I do and got lucky enough to meet my beautiful wife along the way. We love the area and decided early on it was the perfect place to raise our children. I’m so impressed with the growth we’ve seen since 2005 and look forward to helping the area continue to grow.
