About Lindy Brooks

After growing up in New Orleans and subsequently attending the University of Georgia, Lindy moved to Manhattan where she worked as a Global Retail Store Designer for the Ralph Lauren Corporation for seven years. Traveling the world designing both flagship freestanding and shop-in-shop stores for many of the different Ralph Lauren Corp. concepts in both the RL fashion brand as well as the RL Home brand. She opened stores in Moscow, Latvia, Spain, Paris, Copenhagen, Hong Kong, Milan, Sydney, Canada, Texas, New York, Connecticut, D.C., California, and…several in Florida. Through this career she worked alongside many architects, merchandisers, buyers, vendors, and designers which led her to going back to school to receive her Masters in Business and Masters in Architecture Preservation Studies from Tulane University. 
Lindy and her husband, Tucker, have owned along 30a for over a decade. After leaving New Orleans, they moved to 30a and made it their permanent residence and Lindy started working as a real estate agent. Lindy and Tucker have done numerous renovations and purchased investment properties for their own personal portfolio making her very familiar with the process of buying and selling real estate. Representing clients along the Emerald Coast was a natural progression especially with her design and architecture training/background both formally and informally. Proficient in worldwide Fortune 500 company proceedings and management of multiple international projects in tandem is a huge skill advantage when using Lindy in the fast-paced real estate market in the 30a area and beyond. In her spare time, Lindy is health enthusiast and biohacker whose interest in health hacks and longevity extends back over 12 years. Lindy and Tucker have three children Emery, Tucker, and Evelyn who are all avid lacrosse players for 30a Lacrosse and with whom they travel extensively with in their spare time.
