Nicole Johnson brings years of real estate, hospitality, and local expertise to the 30a area. Working alongside her team members at the Lauderdale Group, Nicole is proud to serve the stunning Emerald Coast region. She specializes in the communities of 30A, Santa Rosa Beach, and Panama City Beach.

Aside from her time attending the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Nicole grew up and currently resides in the area and provides the kind of in-depth and specific area insight that only a local can. 

Nicole’s hospitality background and experience working for a national builder have given her a unique perspective that is advantageous to her clients. Her keen eye for home details is beneficial from a buying and marketing perspective.

She is diligent about ensuring her clients receive a superior level of customer service from beginning to end. But most of all, she is a dependable and motivated professional passionate about connecting with others and guiding them toward the right choices to accomplish their homeownership or selling goals.

When she isn’t working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan and their spunky Yorkie, Mac. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, trying new restaurants, and catching as many sunsets as possible!
